Bio

Scott Brickett is in his 20th year as he serves as the assistant athletic director for sports medicine and head athletic trainer.

He is a 1995 graduate of The University of Tampa. Brickett returned to his alma mater after serving as head trainer of the NFL Europe Scottish Claymores in 2002.

Previously, he was head trainer of the AFL Tampa Bay Storm in 2001. He was assistant athletic trainer at Hillsborough Community College and was on staff at Healthsouth Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic since ‘96.

He graduated with a Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science in 2015.  Additional scholarly work includes acting as an instructor at the University of Tampa for the college of Natural and Health Sciences, a frequent speaker at local medical conferences, and contributor to past and ongoing research at The University of Tampa.
