Bio

Bailey was a football player at the University of Tampa. He played on both sides of the ball, and was named the best lineman in 1961. After his playing career, Bailey went on to become the head football coach at the University of Memphis. After Memphis, he went and became the Head Coach at the University of Texas at El Paso.
