Bio
Buddy Carter was a member of the historic 1972 University of Tampa Spartans football team. He threw four touchdown passes while eclipsing 1,002 passing yards while maintaining a 100.2 quarterback rating. Carter led the Spartans to a 10-2 record including a victory in the Tangerine Bowl over Kent State.
