Tampa Beach Volleyball Announces Fall Tryout Information
First-year team will offer tryouts for currently enrolled fall students.
TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa beach volleyball team will host an open tryout for current Fall 2017 students on Friday, September 22 at 5 p.m. This will be the only tryout date offered for UT students in the Fall and Spring semesters. The tryout will be held at the UT Beach Volleyball Complex on North Blvd.
All students need to have a copy of their UT Spartan Card and they MUST have a copy of a physical dated within 6 months of the tryout date. If it is not in this time frame, you will not be permitted to tryout due to NCAA rules. Students will also need to sign a sickle cell waiver and assumption of risk form.
Without proof of 2017 Fall semester UT Spartan Card, copy of physical taken within 6 months of the tryout and completed sickle cell waiver and assumption of risk forms - you cannot participate in the tryout.
Players need to wear proper equipment and arrive at the field about 4:45 p.m. Reminder this is the only tryout date for the 2017 Fall and 2018 Spring semesters and is for 2017 Fall semester UT students only.
If you have class scheduled for this time you need to attend your regular scheduled class. If any student planning to tryout has a video, please send to head coach Jeff Lamm. Any questions, feel free to contact a member of the coaching staff.
