Ben O’Shea Earns Regional Pitcher of the Week Honor

DALLAS - After being named Sunshine State Conference Pitcher of the Week, University of Tampa pitcher Ben O'Shea was also tabbed as the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association of America (NCBWA) South Region Pitcher of the Week.

A junior lefty from Reading, Mass., O'Shea earned the win in a 5-0 victory over Palm Beach Atlantic. In seven innings, O'Shea permitted just three hits with no walks. He struck out seven Sailfish batters.
