HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Danny Blair scored on a RBI fielder's choice by Nick DeTringo. T3 | 1-0 Tampa
- North Georgia tied the game up in the bottom of the third. B3 | 1-1 Tampa
- The Nighthawks took the lead in the fourth, scoring two runs. B4 | 3-1 North Georgia
- DeTringo hit a two-RBI Home Run to tie the game. Danny Maynard would hit a Grand Slam to cap off a seven-run inning for Tampa. T7 | 8-3 Tampa
- DeTringo and Danny SIrven hit Home Runs in the ninth to increase Tampa's lead. T9 | 11-3 Tampa
- North Georgia scored two runs in the bottom of the ninth. B9 | 11-5 Tampa
INSIDE THE STATS:
- DeTringo went two for five on the day, hitting two Home Runs and recording five RBI's.
- Maynard hit a Grand Slam, recording four RBI's for Tampa.
- Sirven batted three for six, hitting a Home Run and scoring two runs for the Spartans.
OUTSIDE THE BOX:
- This is the first series all-time between the Spartans and the Nighthawks.
- DeTringo, Maynard, and Sirven hit a combined seven Home Runs throughout the series against North Georgia.
