Tampa Men's Soccer Announces Walk-On Tryout Date

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa men's soccer team will have a tryout for UT Spring 2018 full time (12 credit hours) students on Thursday, January 25 at 4:30 p.m., at Pepin Stadium. This is for University of Tampa full-time Spring 2018 students only.

UT men's soccer will not hold any other tryouts for the 2018 semester, as the next available tryout will be in the spring of 2019. This is a result of the NCAA only permitting one tryout period per academic calendar year.

You will need to be a full-time Spring 2018 student at the University of Tampa taking a minimum of 12 credit hours. If you are not taking over 12 credit hours, you cannot tryout. All players looking to participate in the tryout must have a copy of a physical taken within 6 months of the tryout date (from July 25, 2017 to January 25, 2018) and complete the tryout paperwork.

You must be approved by UT compliance officer Rob Fiedler prior to participating in the tryout. If you are not cleared you will not be permitted to tryout on January 25.
