No. 2 Sharks Defeat Spartans
The second-ranked team in the nation topped UT in an SSC meet.
TAMPA, Fla. – The No. 12 University of Tampa men's swimming team suffered its first setback of the 2016-17 season, falling to No. 2 Nova Southeastern University in a Sunshine State Conference matchup.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• Nova Southeastern took first-place in all but one event Saturday.
• The Spartans won the 100 Fly.
TOP PERFORMERS:
• Marc-Olivier Caron won the 100 Fly for the Spartans with a time of 51.15.
UP NEXT:
Tampa will compete at the Spartan Invitational from December 16-19. UT will host the five-day event at the Long Center in Clearwater, Fla.
