High School: Graduated from Grand Haven High School...Swam under coach Doug Thorne...All-American with three school records...Registered top times in the 200IM (1:53.13), 100 Free (46.6), 50 Free (21.2), and the 100 Breast (59.6)...Swam for Michigan Lakeshore Aquatics under coach Jim Whitehead.
