Tampa Softball Announces Tryout Date

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa softball team will host an open tryout for current Fall 2017 students on Friday, September 22 at 5 p.m. 

This will be the only tryout date offered for UT students in the Fall and Spring semesters. The tryout will be held at the Naimoli Family Softball Field.

All students need to have a copy of their UT Spartan Card and they MUST have a copy of a physical dated within 6 months of the tryout date. If it is not in this time frame, you will not be permitted to tryout due to NCAA rules. Students will also need to sign a sickle cell waiver and assumption of risk form.

Without proof of 2017 Fall semester UT Spartan Card, a copy of physical taken within 6 months of the tryout and completed sickle cell waiver and assumption of risk forms - you cannot participate in the tryout.

If you have a class scheduled for this time you need to attend your regularly scheduled class. If interested, please email head coach Leslie Kanter at lkanter@ut.edu.
