WBCA Honors Tom Jessee For Milestone Win

ATLANTA, Ga. - University of Tampa women's basketball coach Tom Jessee was among the recipients as 2009 RUSSELL ATHLETIC/WBCA Victory Club Award recipients were named.
Jessee picked up his 300th career victory with a 60-45 win over Palm Beach Atlantic on Dec. 6. He became the 34th active coach in NCAA II to reach the 300 victory milestone as his career record now stands at 318-153.
His .675 career winning percentage also ranks 23rd among active coaches. The seventh year UT head coach also spent nine seasons at his alma mater, Bluefield State (W.V.). He also has a 148-64 record at Tampa.
