Former Spartan Standout Joins Women's Basketball Staff
TAMPA, Fla. – Elena De Alfredo, women's basketball team captain from 2015-2017, will join the women's basketball staff after being named the Graduate Assistant. De Alfredo had a successful career with the Spartans after transferring from Toledo following her sophomore year. The Madrid native tallied a whopping 803 points for the Spartans in just two seasons. She averaged 35.2 minutes per game, 13.2 points per game, and earned an 85.8 free throw percentage. Over her career, de Alfredo also collected 236 rebounds, 172 assists, and 50 steals. Along with her impressive list of statistics, de Alfredo also earned a number of awards and honors. They are as follows:
