Bio

Belle Bistrow enters her second year as a graduate assistant for The University of Tampa. Bistrow is currently getting her Masters in the Criminal Justice/Criminology Program.

She played four years at The University of West Florida. Belle was a member of the 2016-2017 team made it to the NCAA D2 Elite Eight. She set a UWF record with 81 three-point field goals made in a single season. She averaged 36.2 mins and 11.2 points per game. Bistrow is second all-time at UWF in career three-point field goals with 162. Her career-high consisted of 27 points vs. Delta State while shooting a blistering 57% from the field. Belle helped lead her team to 24 wins which is tied for the third-most in school history as well as their school-record winning streak to 13 games. Belle was an integral part of the UWF program; a team that has made the NCAA Tournament in four of the last six seasons while averaging 21 wins over that span.

Belle was a member of The Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) from 2017-2019. She made the Dean's List 5 times while gaining her Bachelors in Criminal Justice along with minors in Sociology and Child Welfare.

Personal: Daughter of Georgia and James Bistrow ... Has three siblings, Ana Marie, Jo and Guy ... Ana Marie was a 4-year letterwinner in swimming and diving at Army West Point ... Jo played basketball at Valdosta State and Rollins and is currently the Graduate Assistant at UWF.
