Kiira Riihijarvi Named Recipient of 2020 Division II Juli Inkster Senior Award Presented by Workday
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The Women's Golf Coaches Association has announced that Kiira Riihijarvi of the University of Tampa has been named the recipient of the inaugural Division II Juli Inkster Senior Award Presented by WorkDay.

The Juli Inkster Senior Award Presented by WorkDay recognizes the highest-ranked women's collegiate golfer on Golfstat in her final year of NCAA eligibility. The award is presented separately to the top Division I, II, and III players. The recipient must be academically eligible per NCAA rules and have played a minimum of 12 rounds (reduced to six for the shortened 2019-20 season) during the year.
A native of Oulu Finland, Riihijarvi placed first in four of six tournaments during the 2019-20 campaign, including the first three of the season. She posted a 70.50 scoring average, which ranks first in the University of Tampa record books, and finished below par in four tournaments, including a season-low three-round score of 208 (-8) at the Lady Moc Classic. Riihijarvi concludes her Spartan career with a 73.65 stroke average over 98 rounds, the best career stroke average in Tampa women's golf history.
