Spartans Row at Prestigious Dad Vail Regatta

PHILADELPHIA - The University of Tampa rowing team concluded its 2018-19 season at the Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta.

In the Novice Four for UT, Reagan Bieze, Kayla Bell, Sarah Manno, Savannah Martin and Lauren Blake helped the Spartans to a first-place finish in the C final.

The Varsity Lightweight Four made up of Liv Nikopoulos, Sienna Gutierrez, Grace McGhee, Brooke Rogers and Marissa Henderson finished in third place in the B final.

Tampa's Varsity Heavyweight Four included Erin Winslow, Sam Stewart, Bridget Maxwell, Kiara Williams and Abbey Grau. The group led the Spartans to a second-place effort in the C final.

The Varsity Single was represented by Cassie Bricker, who was fifth in the A final.

UT's Varsity Double of Hanna Vernetti and Erin Hanson placed fifth in the A final.
