Spartans Rally to Remain Undefeated in SSC Play
The University of Tampa topped Florida Southern, 3-2, on Saturday evening.
LAKELAND, Fla. – The University of Tampa women's soccer team rallied in the second half to defeat Florida Southern 3-2 on Saturday evening. Moeko Morse tallied two goals, including the game-winner in the 82nd minute, to become the team's leading goal-scorer with six on the season. The Spartans unbeaten streak extends to five games, with four wins and one draw.

Final: Tampa 3, Florida Southern 2
- Nastasia Asgedom registered the assist on Morse's first goal, and was charged with a yellow card in the 87th minute.
- It was the second multi-goal match for Morse this season. She ranks third in the SSC with six goals scored.
- This was the first victory of the season in which the Spartans erased a second-half deficit.
