HOW IT HAPPENED:
FIRST HALF: It would be a competitive first half from both teams to start the first half. Tampa would draw first blood from a header by Brooke Steigerwalt. Seconds later Katherine Hostage would find herself through on goal, as she would slot it in the bottom corner to double the Spartans lead in the 29th minute. Score: 2-0 Tampa
SECOND HALF: Rollins would come out the half more on the attack, looking for the goal. Tampa's defense would stay strong, until a wonder shot from outside the box would find its way in the back of the net. Tampa would respond immediately a minute later in the 76th minute, from an amazing outside the box strike from Lone Cirotzki to make the lead double again for Tampa. Rollins would not be able to break Tampa's defense to ignite the comeback at the end of the game. Score: 3-1 Tampa
