Bio

Tiana Brockway is in her fifth season as an assistant coach for the UT women’s soccer team. The 2012 Florida State University graduate became a member of the Spartan staff in January of 2014.

As a student-athlete at FSU, Brockway was a four-time Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) academic honor roll honoree and member of the all-academic team. She was also a third-team NSCAA South Scholar All-Region member in 2012 and first-team choice in 2013. Among her accomplishments were being chosen to be a College Cup Speaker, ACC Postgraduate Scholarship recipient, Backstage Pass Event Speaker, Special Forces Scholarship recipient and Yellow Ribbon GI Scholarship recipient.

She also serves as a member of the events committee for Entertainment and Sports Law, a post she has held since October 2013. She was also a team leader for the Florida State varsity soccer team, and a volunteer coach with Project 4.0 from 2010 to 2012. She has also volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club and serves as a blog writer for ESPN. Brockway was also a camp coach for the Pali Blues Soccer Club in 2010.

Following her collegiate career, Brockway played professional soccer for the Selfoss Football Club in Iceland during the 2013 season.

Brockway is a 2012 graduate of Florida State, where she majored in psychology and minored in child development. She is currently worked towards a law degree at Stetson Law School in Gulfport, Fla.
