Both Spartan Teams Third Heading to Final Day of Panther Invite
Tampa boasts pair of first-place finishes on Saturday.
MELBOURNE, Fla. - The University of Tampa men's and women's swimming teams concluded the second day at the Panther Invite, which is being hosted by Sunshine State Conference opponent Florida Tech.
Both Spartan teams sit in third place, heading into the final day of competition on Sunday. Through 24 events, Tampa's women have a total of 526 points, trailing Georgia Southern by just 33 points and West Florida by eight. The Spartan men have 157 points to place third.
