Tampa Swimming Set for NCAA Championships
INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Tampa men's and women's swimming teams are both represented at the 2019 NCAA Division II Championships, which is slated to begin on Wednesday at the IU Natatorium on the campus of IUPUI in downtown Indianapolis. The championships will be held March 13-16.
The Spartans have a total of 20 swimmers who will participate in the championships, including 11 from the women's Sunshine State Conference champions. The Spartan men will send a total of nine individuals. Both UT teams are among the top in the nation, with the women currently ranked No. 4 as the men are No. 6.
Tickets may be purchased online prior at www.ncaa.com/tickets. All tickets are general admission and available as All-session tickets for Adults: $65 and Youth/Student/Senior Citizen: $30. Prelim Single-session tickets are available for Adults: $10 and Youth/Student/Senior Citizen: $8. Final Single-session tickets are available for Adults: $12 and Youth/Student/Senior Citizen: $10. Children age 2 and younger are free of charge.
