Strength and Conditioning Interns
University of Tampa Strength and Conditioning is now accepting applications for Strength and Conditioning VOLUNTEER INTERNS. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: assisting with supervision, programming, and execution of athletic performance training programs for all varsity Olympic Sports, daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment in the weight room, assisting in teaching proper technique to student athletes, and professional development. NO MONETARY COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED. However, coaching experience and education as a NCAA strength and conditioning coach will be earned. Candidates must have a strong work-ethic, flexible schedule, and a strong desire to be in the collegiate strength and conditioning coaching field. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree or be in the last semester of coursework for undergraduate degree in exercise physiology or related field of study. Certification from one or more of the following organizations is preferred: CSCCa – SCCC, NSCA -CSCS, USAW. Gameday Workers (part-time)
Duties: Various positions during UT athletic events, including scoreboard, shot clock, public address and broadcasting
Qualifications: Knowledge of athletics and rules of the various sports. Ability to work in fast-paced situations.

Lacrosse Statistician (part-time)
Duties: Statistics during home UT lacrosse games.
Qualifications: Understanding of Statcrew systems and advanced lacrosse stats.

Sports Broadcaster (part-time)
Duties: Serve as play-by-play and/or analyst for webcast of home games.
Qualifications: Announcing experience and knowledge of selected sports. Sports include soccer, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, volleyball and softball.
