Bio
A 6-3 guard, Williams' call to US Marine Corps interrupted first season with Artesia in 1952. He led the powerful Quantico Marine aggregation in scoring. Williams was named to Marine All Star Team after he starred at the University of Tampa. At UT, he was named to the 1951 NAIB All American team. He was known for being a fine ball handler and defensive player. A native of Tampa, Florida, he received his degree in engineering.
