Bio

Alex Delgado is in his fourth season as an assistant coach for his alma mater.

Delgado began his competitive coaching career at RSL Florida at the age of 20, which is now the Tampa Bay United. He currently still coaches as a U13 Boys Premier Team and an Assistant Coach of the U14 U.S Developemental Academy team at Tampa Bay United.

He also coached at Palm Harbor University High School, from 2007-2013, leading the team to a state championship in 2009 and reaching three final fours in his tenure.

Prior to attending UT, Delgado played locally for the Clearwater Chargers. As a Spartan, he played from 2003-07 as a left back. He earned his degree in sport management from UT in the fall of 2007.

Delgado currently holds a USSF D License.
