Bio

Marcel Salokat is in his first season as an assistant coach at the University of Tampa after lettering for the Spartans in 2017 and 2018.

As a graduate student in 2018, Salokat appeared in all 14 games and started in 12 for the Spartans on the season. He finished the year with six goals, including two against nationally-ranked Lynn. He would also tally three assists on the season.

In his first season as a Spartan, he appeared in 15 games, starting in 13 in 2017. He recorded two goals one the season, both in regional competition with one against West Florida and the other against Rollins. He was also credited with two assists and 15 shots for the Spartans.

Prior to attending UT, Salokat went to Albert-Schweitzer-Schule Hofgeismar. He then received his master's degree in exercise and nutrition science from the University of Tampa.
