• Attended Westside High School.
• Received four letters and served as team captain as a senior.
• Swam for coaches Doug Krecklow and Andy Rider.
• NISCA All-American.
• 100 Backstroke school record holder.
• 200 Medley Relay, 200 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay school record holder.
• Midwestern Swimming record holder in 200/400 Medley Relay and 200/400 Free Relays.
• State runner-up in 100 Backstroke.
• State champion in 200 Medley Relay.
• Recorded top times in the 50 Back (23.17), 100 Back (49.46), 200 Back (1:51.51), 50 Free (21.80) and 100 Free (46.21).
• Also swam for Inspire Swim Team for coach Liz Germonprez.
• Helped club to NCSA men's team championship.
• Speedo Summer Championship finalist in 100 Backstroke.
