Bio
Jarod Micek joined The University of Tampa Sports Medicine staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in Fall of 2023. He is the Primary Athletic Trainer for the Men's Lacrosse Team.
Jarod was previously at Angelo State University from 2021-2023 where he worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the men's basketball team. While at Angelo State Jarod received his graduate degree in Coaching and Sport Administration. During his time at Angelo State, Jarod also worked as an outreach Athletic Trainer covering high school football games in the area.
In his home state of Nebraska, Jarod is a 2021 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training.
