Spartans Fall In Final Minutes to Tars
Tampa fails to convert at the buzzer, fall 59-58 to Rollins College
TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa men's basketball team (5-13, 1-8) fell to the Rollins College Tars (13-6, 6-3) by a final score of 59-58 on Saturday afternoon in the Bob Martinez Center. Tampa had a chance at the buzzer to win the game but was unable to get a shot off.
Tampa will be back in action Wednesday, January 27th in Melbourne, Fla. where they square off against the Florida Tech Panthers. The Spartans dropped their first contest against the Panthers by a final score of 68-61. The SSC matchup is scheduled to tip off at 7:30 PM and will be available for live stream.
