Ezrick Nicholls to Represent St. Kitts and Nevis at World Cup Qualifiers
The St. Kitts and Nevis Football Association has announced its 23-man squad for the upcoming Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. University of Tampa junior defender Ezrick Nicholls was selected among the participants.
Games will be played during the period of March 21-30, 2021. St. Kitts and Nevis will play two matches, on March 24 in the Dominican Republic and The Bahamas on March 27 versus Puerto Rico and The Bahamas respectively. The SKNFA has been working closely with Concacaf and FIFA to ensure that the hosting of the matches adheres to the FIFA International Match Protocols.
A two-year letterwinner for the Spartans, Nicholls has played in 28 career matches for UT while starting 22 games in 2018 and 2019. A management major, Nicholls has two seasons of eligibility remaining with Tampa.
St. Kitts and Nevis became a member of the CONCACAF and the FIFA in 1992 and has participated on the International scene since then as the St. Kitts-Nevis Football Association.
