Tampa’s Jess Butler Becomes All-American At Track Championships

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Jess Butler ran to All-American status in the women's 1,500 meter run at the 2010 NCAA Division II Track & Field Championships. The event was held at the Irwin Belk Complex and hosted by Johnson C. Smith University.

After setting a school record with a time of 4:30.11 in Friday's prelims, Butler ran to a seventh place performance in the finals. Her finals time also topped her school record, as she was clocked at 4:28.98.
