Caroline Forester Earns SSC Player of Week Honors
Named league's top offensive player following win in home opener.
MELBOURNE, Fla. - University of Tampa senior women's lacrosse player Caroline Forester was honored as the Sunshine State Conference Offensive Player of the Week for her play in UT's home opener against Queens University.
The Bloomfield Hills, Mich., native earns Offensive Player of the Week honors for her performance in Tampa's win against Queens University. The senior tallied four goals and one assist as the Spartans defeated Queens 18-15. The Bloomfield Hills, Michigan product added three draw control wins.
Athletes of the Week are chosen from a pool of nominees for their performances during the week of February 11 - 17, 2019. Athletes are nominated by Sports Information Directors of member institutions.
