TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa Spartan's late comeback isn't enough in lost to Barry.

HOW IT HAPPENED
1st HALF
The Spartans would come out of the gates with an electrifying start with a 15-5 scoring run with four different Spartans getting in on the action. Barry would respond, taking a 17-15 lead before Zach Johnson would knock down a 3-pointer to put the Spartans back up by 1. After five lead changes, the Spartans would still be down by 1. The Spartans struggled to take the lead for the next seven minutes and found themselves down 7 heading into the locker rooms. | Score: 45-38 Barry
2nd HALF
Amari Davis would open up the second half with a jumper; however, the Buccaneers followed with 18-4 scoring run, and the Spartans had a significant deficit to cut into. Down 17 with 11 minutes left, Tampa would score 7 straight to cut their deficit down to 10. Despite the effort, the deficit was to much to overcome. | Score: 84-78 Barry
