UT gets revenge from NCAA Tournament against Lenoir-Rhyne
SAVANNAH, GA. – The No. 3 ranked University of Tampa Spartans men's lacrosse got a decisive win against fellow top 10 ranked team in 8th ranked Lenoir-Rhyne University.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
FIRST QUARTER
Things would start off slow between these two competitive sides, as we would not see much action until the back end of the quarter. As Lenoir-Rhyne would strike first with six minutes remaining in this highly intense game, however the Spartans would claw their way back after Charlie Bolesh would get his first goal of the season. Tampa would not waste any more time after a faceoff win by Hunter Turner would turn into a Daniel Fitzpatrick goal with one minute remaining. Score: 2-1 Tampa
SECOND QUARTER
The second quarter would be a fun back and forth affair. Shortly after the start of the second, the Bears would get themselves on the board to even the score. No longer the two minutes after Lenoir Rhyne would score, Ronan Sanchez would put Tampa back on top from an assist from Harry Kilkowski. The next eight minutes of the game would be straight chaos, as both teams would go tik for tak. Tampa going ahead with Lenoir-Rhyne coming right back. As four goals would be scored in the final minutes of the half. Score: 5-4 Tampa
THIRD QUARTER
The second half would start out the same, Tampa would grab themselves a goal, but Lenoir-Rhyne would bring themselves back within one. Owen Miller and Luke McAnaney would put the Spartans on the board in the third, as McAnaney would grab himself a goal and assist in this quarter alone. Score: Tampa 7-6
FOURTH QUARTER
The fourth and final quarter is where Tampa would have themselves a field day, as they would break away from the Bears. The Spartans would score 5 unanswered goals in the first eight minutes of play, Lenoir-Rhyne would have some hope of a comeback after they would score three of their own in a short amount of time. Nonetheless, Kilkowski would end the Bears hopes of a comeback with a goal in the final minute of play. Score: 13-8 Tampa
