
Spartans to Celebrate Seniors in Ranked Clash Against Embry-Riddle
TAMPA, Fla. – With an undefeated season on the line, the No. 1 University of Tampa men's lacrosse team hosts No. 14 Embry-Riddle on Saturday afternoon for not only Senior Day, but also Tampa's annual White Out Game.

Series History: The Spartans and Eagles first met in 2018 and have faced off five times, with Tampa winning all five matchups. Last season's 18–14 contest was the closest game between the two programs. Prior to that, the Spartans had won every meeting by an average of over 14 goals, including two victories by a margin of 17.
About the Spartans: The top-ranked Spartans remain unbeaten after a dominant 21–7 win over Palm Beach Atlantic. Jackson Bashaw led the way with a career-high 5 goals, bringing his season total to 33, second only to teammate Ryan Kemp, who contributed 3 assists in the win. Michael Flores and Jordan Naso continue to control the faceoff X, combining for a .600 win percentage that ranks second in the conference. Embry-Riddle will be the seventh nationally ranked opponent Tampa has faced this season; the Spartans have defeated the previous six by an average margin of nearly 5 goals.
About the Eagles: After a 1–3 start to the season, Embry-Riddle has won 7 of its last 8 games, with its only loss in that span coming against SSC rival Lynn.
