Sheena Walton Named WBCA Honorable Mention All-American

LILBURN, Ga. - After being named a second-team All-American by Daktronics, University of Tampa women's basketball player Sheena Walton was tabbed a honorable mention All-American by the Women's Basketball Coaches' Association.

This marks the second consecutive year that Walton has been named by the WBCA as an All-American. Already an All-American in 2006-07, Walton is the sixth player in Spartan history to be named an All-American.

UT's all-time leader in blocked shots also led the nation in blocks as a senior with a school record 126. She also led the team while averaging 15.2 points and 9.9 rebounds last year.
