TAMPA, FL – The No.12 University of Tampa women's basketball team continue their dominance as they defeat Embry-Riddle at home securing their eighth consecutive win.

1st QUARTER

A three and layup from Eleanore Marciszewski ties the game again at 20. The Spartans then took the lead with a three from Ramsey putting them on an 11-0 run. Giusto had her eyes all over the court with a sneaky pass to Marciszewski that resulted in an and one. The Spartans ended the quarter on a 20-2 run. Score: 35-22 Tampa
3rd QUARTER
Tampa begins the third quarter going on an 8-0 run. A surprising three from Sydney Kin extends Tampa's lead to 20 points. It looked smooth sailing from here as the Spartans go into the fourth quarter looking to come out with a win. Score: 57-33 Tampa
4th QUARTER
Embry-Riddle started the fourth quarter with their foot on the gas scoring 10 unanswered points. They brought Tampa's lead down to 10 with 5 minutes left in the game. Despite this, Tampa still managed to keep their lead and secure their eight consecutive win. Score: 70-55 Tampa
