Charlize Hallett is a senior at the University of Tampa, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Exercise Science. Her academic path reflects a deep commitment to understanding the business and science behind athletics, preparing her for a career in sports leadership and coaching.

Her passion for athletics is evident in her role as Team Manager for the University of Tampa’s Division II Women’s Basketball program. In this position, Charlize supports the team’s daily operations, fosters communication among players and staff, and contributes to the overall success of the program. Her involvement highlights her dedication to the sport and her ability to lead both on and off the court.

Charlize’s sports journey extends beyond basketball management. She has worked in multi-sport environments, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and pickleball, gaining valuable experience in athlete support and program coordination. These opportunities have strengthened her knowledge of diverse sports and enhanced her ability to adapt to different athletic settings.
