Tampa Up Four Spots in National Poll
KANSAS CITY, Kans. - The University of Tampa women's soccer team is now ranked 18th in the latest NSCAA/adidas NCAA II Top 25 Poll after being 22nd last week.
The Spartans now stand at 9-3 on the season and are winners of five consecutive games. Tampa is also a perfect 4-0 in Sunshine State Conference play.
The 2007 NCAA II national champions opened the season as the top-ranked team in the country and have been represented in all but one release in 2008.
Tampa travels to Flagler for a Wednesday night meeting with the Saints. UT then returns home to host Armstrong Atlantic on Saturday at 7 p.m.
