Spartans are top Division II school at event.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The University of Tampa women's cross country team turned in a first-place performance at the Florida State Invitational among NCAA Division II teams.

• Zoe Jarvis | 2nd overall, 19:01.9
• Monika Brill | 3rd overall, 19:12.0
• Sydney Rhodes | 5th overall, 19:18.1
• Brieanna Rekow | 13th overall, 19:44.3
• Clare McMahon | 16th overall, 19:46.7
OTHER NOTABLES:
• Jarvis finished first among all Spartans for the fourth race this season. The freshman has been Tampa's top runner in every race.
• Winning the D2 race was Florida Tech's Lia Hanus (18:25.8).
• Brill, Rhodes and Rekow have joined Jarvis in the top-five in each of Tampa's four races.
• A total of 15 teams competed in the Division II portion of the race. The event also included six Division I teams.
• Tampa was joined by fellow Sunshine State Conference schools Florida Southern (2nd) and Florida Tech (3rd).
• Also running for the Spartans were Julia Lockridge (19th), Corinne Fanta (23rd) and Margo Dailey (27th).
