Bio
Carr was a two-time Division II national champion at the University of Tampa in 1972 and 73. Four straight Georgia Tech Invitational titles. He was undefeated in straight dual meets in his collegiate career. Earned 2nd place at the ’71 Pan American Trials (198 lbs) and finished 2nd place at the ’71 National AAU meet. Placed 4th in the 1970 Olympic Trial finals. After his career, he went on to become the head coach at Kentucky.
