Bio
Paul Gore was a member of the 1961 Tampa Spartans football team led by Head Coach Mercelino Huerta. They finished the season with a record of 8-1 including a perfect 6-0 at home while competing as an independent NAIA institution. In the final game of the season the Spartans upset No. 18 Wofford by a final score of 22-21.
