Bio
Vin Hoover was a member of the 1972-1973 Tampa Spartans football team. The tight end averaged 11.5 receiving yards a catch during the 1973 season. The Spartans finished the season with an overall record at 8-3, including a 20-0 shutout of Northern Michigan. Hoover also helped lead UT to a 1972 victory in the Tangerine Bowl by a score of 21-18 over Kent State to cap off a 10-2 record for the season.
