Beach Volleyball Ends Weekend 3-1

In its home opener, the University of Tampa Spartans finish their weekend 3-1.

TAMPA, Fla. – The University of Tampa Beach Volleyball team went 3-1 during its opening weekend at home. On Friday, the Spartans went 1-1, defeating the University of Tennessee-Martin Skyhawks 5-0 before falling to the Coastal Carolina University Chanticleers 4-1. On the second day of the Tampa Invitational, the Spartans swept the Jacksonville University Dolphins 5-0, before downing the Eckerd Tritons 4-1.
