Beach Volleyball Garners Major SSC Accolades; Land Six on All-Conference Teams

MELBOURNE, Fla. - The Sunshine State Conference recognizes nine duos as All-Conference in the league's debut year of Beach Volleyball. Tampa's Hailey Wolfe and Nevaeh Wolfe garner the Pair of the Year distinction, while their skipper, Jeff Lamm, picks up Coach of the Year. Sydney Corbett from Palm Beach Atlantic receives Freshman of the Year honors.

The Wolfes, 5-10 twin sisters from UTampa, are tabbed Pair of the Year by league coaches. The juniors from York, Pennsylvania, finished the regular season with a 13-4 record against NCAA opponents, including a 7-0 showing versus SSC competition. The tandem did the bulk of their play in the No. 2 flight with an 11-4 record while adding two wins at the top flight. Wolfe & Wolfe currently rank 89th in TruVolley's NCAA Pairs metric with an 8.02 rating.

Corbett, a 5-10 product of Port St. Lucie, Florida, is awarded SSC Freshman of the Year by conference coaches. She saw action in 23 matches against NCAA opponents this season, delivering a 13-8 record. Corbett was 5-3 in the No. 3 flight and 8-5 playing at the No. 4 pair.

Jeff Lamm wins the first SSC Beach Volleyball Coach of the Year accolade. The 2025 Tampa squad sported a 9-8 overall record this season against NCAA competition, including a 7-0 tally over SSC teams. Lamm's Spartans head into postseason play riding a six-game win streak and holding the No. 34 ranking in TruVolley's NCAA metric.

All-conference pairs and individual award winners are determined by a vote of Sunshine State Conference head coaches with oversight and approval from member institution Athletic Directors.
