TAMPA, Fla. - With a 5-1 victory Saturday afternoon, the No. 4 University of Tampa baseball team swept visiting Georgia College & State University in their three game series. The Spartans jump to 5-1 while the Bobcats take their third straight loss for a 3-3 overall tally.
Junior Connor Obrochta led all players with three hits while four other UT batters recorded multiple base-hits. Jake Schrader, Michael Danner, and Jacob Tillotson each tacked on an RBI to go along with their multi-hit games as second baseman Tyler Ding hit 2-for-3.
