David Lebron Earns Third SSC Pitcher of the Week Honors

MELBORNE, Fla. - The Sunshine State Conference announced its baseball Pitcher of the Week winner for March 13-19, David Lebron, where he received his third SSC honor as a Spartan

Lebron is named Pitcher of the Week for the third time this season, second consecutive, after earning a win in Tampa's 6-0 victory over No. 3 Nova Southeastern. The Homestead, Florida native tossed 8.0 innings and allowed eight hits. Lebron held the 32 batters he faced to a .250 batting average while he struck out four and walked none during the win. Tampa improves to 19-5 overall and 8-1 in SSC play.
