No. 2 Spartans are Back at Home
TAMPA, Fla. – After a big sweep of their rival on the road last weekend, the Spartans return home.

About the Spartans: The Spartans enter the series with a 12-3 home record and 9-0 in Sunshine State Conference play. J.D. Urso is currently third in the nation with 14 doubles in 24 games and is hitting .394 on the year, which is second on the team behind E.J. Cumbo with .402. Friday's starter Michael Paul is 2-1 in seven starts for the Spartans and has a team-high 39 strikeouts in 37.2 innings pitched. The Spartans as a team have a .332 batting average while holding opponents to .230.
