HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Jordan Williams led off the Spartan's bottom half of the first with a perfectly executed bunt single. He then stole second. Nico Saladino followed with launching his third home-run of the season over the right center field wall to give the Spartans an early lead. End 1 | 2-0 Tampa
- With one out, Saladino began the rally with a double to left field. J.D. Urso followed with a walk. Brayden Woodburn then beat out an infield single to the Tars's shortstop to give the Spartans the bases-loaded. Jhoander Irigoyen followed with a bloop single to left field to bring home Saladino and Urso. End 3 | 4-0 Tampa
- Saladino once again began the Spartan's rally by drawing a walk. Urso then drew a walk. Woodburn followed with a single through the left side to bring home Saladino and advance Urso to second. After Irigoyen flew out to deep center field to advance Urso to third, Mike Valdez followed with a single through the left side to bring home Urso and Woodburn would advance to second on the play. After a wild pitch to advance Woodburn and Valdez into scoring position, Cole Russo would ground out to second and bring home Woodburn. End 5 | 7-0 Tampa
- Maddox King led off the inning, reaching base safely on an error by the Tar's shortstop. J. Williams once again laid down a perfect bunt single. After Saladino advanced J. Williams and King into scoring position with a sacrifice bunt. The two would advance 90 feet on a wild pitch. King would score on the play, and J. Williams advanced to third and then he came into score on a Woodburn single to left. End 6 | 9-0 Tampa
- Valdez drew a walk to lead off the inning. Russo followed with getting hit by a pitch. Edgardo Villegas singled to center field to load the bases up for the Spartans. King singled to right to bring home Valdez and Russo and pinch runner A.J. Graham advanced to second on the play. J. Williams reached on a fielder's choice. Saladino then singled to center to bring home Graham and J. Williams would advance to third on the play. Urso followed with a single through the left side to bring home J. Williams and Saladino would advance to second. Woodburn followed with a single to load the bases up once again. Irigoyen then singled up the middle to bring home Saladino. Jake Griffith then grounded out to second to bring home Urso. End 7 | 15-0 Tampa
