  • Appeared in 25 games for the Panthers as a sophomore.
  • Played 292 minutes and averaged 11.7 minutes per game.
  • Played a career-high 21 minutes at UNLV (11/18/22).
  • Totaled 95 points to average 3.3 per game.
  • Scored a career-high 14 against Charleston Southern (2/4/23) going 4-for-6 from the field, 3-for-4 from the three and 3-for-4 from the line.
  • Scored in double figures in three games.
  • Went 5-for-8 from the line against Queens (12/09/22).
  • Grabbed 33 rebounds with a season-high four in the final game of the season against Charleston Southern (3/1/23).
  • Totaled 18 steals with a season-high four against Lees-McRae (11/15/22).

As a Freshman (2021-22, High Point)

 

  • Played in 21 games, logging 169 minutes (8.0 mpg) in the process. 
  • Closed the season by hitting 12-of-38 (.316) from the floor, 3-of-11 from beyond the arc and 8-of-15 at the free throw line. 
  • Dished out 14 assists and grabbed 13 rebounds (nine defensive). 
  • Made his collegiate debut at Northwestern (Nov. 12), hitting a pair of free throws. 
  • Played a single-game season-high 16 minutes in clash with Chowan (Nov. 27), closing with six points (2-5 FG / 1-2 3FG) and steal. 
  • Capped off a five-point performance versus UNC Wilmington (Dec. 18), knocking down 2-of-3 field goals and forcing two steals. 
  • Responsible for three assists in a contest at Elon (Dec. 4).
  • Reached double-digit scoring (10 points), converting 3-of-4 from the field and 2-of-3 from beyond the arc against Radford (Jan. 26). 
  • Scored his final two points of the season against Hampton (March 2), hitting one field goal in four minutes against the Pirates’ defense. 

Personal

  • Graduated and played for Burlington Christian.
  • During the 2018-19 season, Williams was named one of MaxPrep's Top 5 Leading Scorers in the Nation as he averaged 34 points per game.
  • He earned All-State honors each year he has been in high school.
  • He had scored his 1000th point during his sophomore season, his high school game-high was when he dropped 51 points in the Eastern Alamance Holiday Hoopla Tournament in 2018.
  • Williams played AAU for Team Felton for two years and one year for Team Loaded.
