- Appeared in 25 games for the Panthers as a sophomore.
- Played 292 minutes and averaged 11.7 minutes per game.
- Played a career-high 21 minutes at UNLV (11/18/22).
- Totaled 95 points to average 3.3 per game.
- Scored a career-high 14 against Charleston Southern (2/4/23) going 4-for-6 from the field, 3-for-4 from the three and 3-for-4 from the line.

- During the 2018-19 season, Williams was named one of MaxPrep's Top 5 Leading Scorers in the Nation as he averaged 34 points per game.
- He earned All-State honors each year he has been in high school.
- He had scored his 1000th point during his sophomore season, his high school game-high was when he dropped 51 points in the Eastern Alamance Holiday Hoopla Tournament in 2018.
