
Spartans Tied For Fifth After Day One Of Panther Invite
PALM BAY, Fla. - The University of Tampa golf
team is in fifth place after the first two rounds of the Panther
Invite. The Spartans shot two consecutive rounds of 319 for a 638
total and trail first place Barry University by 30 strokes.
The Spartans were led by Nicolas Jutigny, who shot a 154 and is
in a seventh place tie. Kris Shane and Kyle Roy both shot a 163,
putting them in a tie for 33rd place. The Tampa lineup was rounded
out by Chad Bouchard (164, T-40th) and Ryan Barnett (166,
49th).
Eric Snow (159, T-25) and Weston Parrish (164, T-40), are
competing as individuals.
The final round of the Panther Invite will begin Tuesday morning at The Majors.
