
Celestino and Montagnino Lead UT Efforts at Webber

AVON PARK, Fla. – The University of Tampa men's golf team participated at the Webber Fall Classic, placing sixth overall.

- Jacques Celestino | 11th overall, 222
- Robert Montagnino | 11th overall, 222

- Nick DiMarco | 23rd overall, 225
- Nate Kosarich | 32nd overall, 231
OTHER NOTABLES:
- Celestino and R. Montagnino led all Spartans for the second time this season.
- R. Montagnino opened play with an opening round 69.
- The top round for Tampa came from Hellewell with a 68 in the third.
- Both Hellewell and Kosarich were registered as individuals.
- Patrick Montagino shot a 250 as a member of the lineup.
- Freshman Spencer Olson made his Spartan debut. He finished with a 252.
- Juan Pablo Arrazola from St. Thomas and Tyler Bennett from Southeastern were the medalists with a 213.
- A total of eight teams competed.
- Tampa was the lone Sunshine State Conference participant.
UP NEXT:
Tampa has one more tournament on its slate this fall, the Rollins Invitational on October 29-31. The event will be played at Rio Pinar Country Club.
